7. AI evaluations and educational use

The Service provides automated evaluations and learning feedback. These outputs are for educational purposes only and are not official test results or professional advice.

8. Subscriptions, billing, and trials

Paid features are billed in advance and may renew automatically unless you cancel. Prices, taxes, and billing cycles are shown at purchase.

• Payments are processed by third-party providers.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided only when required by law or explicitly stated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Preplingo is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction.
